The short estimate form

The short-form fallback asks for your name, phone number, optional email, the work you need and a message. It sends those details to the office through Resend, our email provider, so we can discuss the job and arrange a visit. Avoid adding payment details or sensitive personal information to the message.

The step-by-step property form

Our estimate buttons open a step-by-step form that asks about the problem, material preferences, property type, stories, approximate size and timing. It also asks for the property address, any additional addresses you choose to add, notes and your preferred contact method and time. Name and phone are required. Email is required if you ask to be contacted by email.

Sending this form creates a record in our office's lead-management system. The record includes your answers and the page you came from. Address selection can also provide a formatted address and location coordinates. The office uses this information to assess the request, prepare an estimate and follow up with you.

Answers saved in this browser

The step-by-step form saves a partial draft on your device as you answer. It contains your selections, property address, additional addresses, notes and contact preferences. Name, phone and email are not included in that draft. It is separate from the request sent to the office.

The draft can be restored when you return using the same browser. It is cleared after a successful submission. You can also remove it through your browser's site-data settings. Clearing local site data does not delete a request already sent to the office. On a shared device, consider using the short form instead.

Contact permission

The property form includes an unchecked contact-permission box. Read its wording before selecting it. On submission, the system records the wording you accepted, its version, the time and your IP address. The disclosure explains the contact channels and how to opt out of texts. You can contact the office directly if you would rather discuss your request without using that form.

Services used by this website

Cloudflare hosts the site and supports its request handling. IP addresses and request information are also used for measures that limit repeated form submissions. Resend delivers form emails and, when configured, email confirmations. Address suggestions in the property form use Google Places when available; using suggestions sends the search to that service.

Cookies and your choice

This site runs no analytics, so it asks for no cookie choice and sets no cookie to remember one. Nothing counts which pages you read.

External services may process connection information or use their own browser storage. The saved estimate draft described above uses local storage, not a cookie. These are separate from the information you submit to the office.

Questions, corrections and deletion requests

Contact office@example-roofing.demo to ask what information we hold, request a correction or ask about deletion. Include enough detail for the office to identify the request, but do not email sensitive identity documents unless the office has explained why they are needed. Ask the office about retention for your particular record; this page does not specify a fixed retention period.
